Rather than type a long response, I advise you to visit honda-tech.com It is a forum of honda enthusiasts and this swap is covered in full by several members on that board, with what they needed, pictures of the install, and how much it cost to do.

The best way to get more speed.































Sell it. Little 4 bangers are meant for fuel economy, not speed.































Take the money from the sale of the car. Add several thousand dollars that you would have spent swapping the engine. Buy something with a V8. Maybe an older Camaro Z/28 or Mustang GT. You will have change left over for some modifications.































Right from the start you will have something faster than this little wing pinger 4 banger will be. You will also have a better platform for future modifications. You get more bang for the buck modifying a V8 than you get from a little wing pinger 4 banger.































It takes very little effort to get a Camaro or Mustang into the 12's in the quarter. It takes several thousand dollars to get a wing pinger 4 banger into the 12's. Spend the several thousand dollars on a V8 and 10's are possible.

remove your LS head and replace it with a GSR head or if your going turbo a B16 head and hook up the VTEC wiring. Make Sure to use the Golden Eagle LS VTEC conversion head gasket. look up Team Integra forums for more info. great set up tho. lots of power

get a cold air intake and a stage 1 performance chip, upgrade your tires and brakes as well.
