Default Are there 2 keys to a 98 Integra LS 4DR?

I bought my car with a (Micro Branded) alarm. I noticed that i can't use the key that i use for the ignition for opening the trunk? So does that mean that there are 2 keys? or is something wrong with my trunk?

all acuras come with three keys normally, 2 regular keys that open all doors and the trunk. usually called remote 1 & 2. and the third key is a valet key, which only operates the doors and the car ignition. it will not open the trunk. this is for like when you go shopping and have your car parked by an attendant and you do not want them entering the trunk. it will not have a remote attached to it.
