Default how much horsepower would i get from a complete air flow change on my B18B1 integra?

I have a 94 integra RS, i want to add a cold air intake, intake manifold, camshaft, headers, and catback? Also how much should each get me?

all together you will se about a 12-15 hp increase at the wheels, from the air intake, header, and exhaust, IF and ONLY if you use quality parts, and not cheap knock-off eBay parts. The Cams and Intake manifold is where you will see the most gains, but ONLY if you don't try to go super crazy on the cams because without upgrading the valve springs and retainers, you can only use stage 1, which will add another 8-15 hp, and the manifold another 4-10.

A cold air intake will give you about 2-3whp, header another 3-4whp, cat-back exhaust 3-5whp, camshafts maybe 10whp, intake manifold 5-7whp. You would be spending approximately $2500 for just the parts to gain 25whp, which isn't worth it to me.
