Default Would the headlight assembly for a 2001 Honda Accord fit a 2001 Acura CL Type S

My HID inverter is out on one light and the idea of spending 900 dollars just for one light is not setting well with me.... So I am thinking of switching the assembly all together...well of course no one makes aftermarket or Euro Lights for the Acura but plenty for the Accord....
