Default my 1990 acura integra has blown headers what should i do?

there is weld marks on my headers but its cracked pretty bad















and there is a squeak noise coming from around the fan belt going around 90















but i mostly want to know why when i shift gears above 3500 rpms it makes a scrachy noise, why does it do that

Why are you doing 90 mph is a 20 year old load? Your clutch is gone and the cost to replace it is more then that clunker is worth.

buy new headers of course, that car is pretty old though
