Default Should I use a low-temp thermostat and high pressure radiator cap on my '90 integra?

I have decided to use a low-temp thermostat and high pressure radiator cap on my '90 integra with a '91 engine. I do know that the cooler Honda's remain the better and stronger they will run. Should I go with this setup? Also, what temp thermostat and pressure cap should I use? I saw a 140 degree thermostat sold by Cusco or Greddy but that seems too low since the stock is 180. I also had my eye on an 18lb radiator cap but that seems a little high since stock is 13lbs. I just don't wanna do any damage trying to keep the engine as cool as possible. These Atlanta summers can be brutally hot and I've already upgraded my ignition and exhaust systems. Any helpful advice will be greatly appreciated.

Stick to the stock settings because that is what the ECU is programmed for. You will burn more fuel with a lower temperature thermostat because the ECU still thinks that the engine is warming up.

theres no need for either of those with a stock engine. your engine is designed to run at that stock 180 degree temperature, thats what the brains at honda want it to be at and designed it to run the most efficiently at. if you're having heating issues, then maybe its time to do some maintenance.
