Default Who regrets getting an NSX?

I am currently looking at purchasing one in the next 12 months or so. But since I have never been in one, I would first like to see what the community thinks of these. I dont plan on ever going out to a track or racing. I could only think of putting in a supercharger for a little more kick. So as a weekend car, that will never see any "race" time, how does the nsx hold up? Does anybody cruising in their nsx wish they had something else?

You want to get an NSX and don't EVER regret, well, the only way for you it's the Na2 (1997 up, 3.2 + 6 speed) .... the Na1 it's still a NSX (marvelous car), but the lack of 6speed can be a issue, the extra HP doesn't hurt also to have (leave alone many changes such the aluminum used on the panels etc etc)

Take your Na2 and you will remove @ least 150 lbs in extra junk such spare tire, engine cover etc etc ... and you'll have a capable car that will take you to 60 in 4.6-4.8 .. also top end is 175, and you look like a true exotic (suspension and wheels adaptors are a must)

Also, make sure you do a PPI, and have all records as far as maintenance, don't EVER buy a beat up NSX, then you'll hate.

Good luck, and don't forget to go to NSXPRIME.com

one in good condition

would be 30,000 USD

270hp first generation 1990

290hp second generation

would cost 50k to 80k

2002-2005

top speed 180mph second generation

type r - 185mph only in jdm

lm road car- 201mph only jdm

jdm requires import

or buy a spoon nsx

left hand drive

re-make of nsx-r with small modifications

1st generation top speed is 170mph

dont recommend buying that

a 2002 or newer is good i agree with throwing

out unrequired things like spare tire

just put in a can of fix a flat if you want

nsx prices can go high as 100k sometimes higher

but thats still cheaper than ferrari and lamborghini

and nsx goes just as fast or faster than most of them
