1991 acura integra Ls 300,000 miles, original motor/trans

new distributor, new fuel filter, fuel pump, fuel inj, fuel pres. regulator, throttle position sensor and oxygen sensor. When the problem first occured the check engine light would come on and flash 16 for fuel injector and 7 for tps. I have since replaced every bit of the fuel system and to no avail, the car will idle great, but won't stay running when you try to drive it. It bogs down and often doesn't rev over 3000 rpm. And 80-90% of the time I have to jump the brand new battery to get the car to even start.(and it appears the alternator is charging just fine at about 13-14v) PLEASE HELP, THIS IS MY ONLY MODE OF TRANSPORTATION, AND I AM TIRED OF GETTING A RIDE TO WORK. HELP HELP HELP.
