r u seriously comparing a NSX to a civic ex coupe? seriously? u should offer details on your lifestyle, two completely different cars. now a NSX or 350z, or civic coupe to subaru wrx. yeah, get a wrx subaru turbo, best of both worlds. and its a rally car

if money is an issue go with the civic.
my first car was a 03 acura cl type-s and everything cost more on it just because its an acura and a "sportscar" for example, needed w rated tires that were $140 each. also recommeded premium gas. the insurance was also high on it the RSX is a nicer car though. |

Civic Ex 1.8l 140hp Acura Rsx MPG (city) 24 MPG (highway) 31 Honda Civic EPA Mileage: 22 - 49 (City) 31 - 51 (Highway) SO ur looking at around the same mpg for both cars But aftermarket support the RSX witht the K20 can have more hp then the ex civic O & U can find a cheaper one on craiglist instead of dumping 15-16gz I found acouple for 8-12gz |

i own a 2006 acura rsx and i love it. i actually was deciding between the honda civic coupe and the rsx when i was looking for a car. i'm really happy i went with the rsx. i got mine for 15,500 and that was with tax, 4 year warranty, tag, and title. there's good deals if you just look. the price for repairs does run a little higher than a civic but you can get an acura fixed at a honda dealership for less than at a acura dealership. you can always get warranties that cover almost all repairs, especially if you're doing a loan through the bank. they offer fair warranties that aren't scams. i've driven both the civic and the rsx, the rsx actually rides like a sports car and i would compare the civic to a compact sedan ride. i have the standard automatic rsx and it has black leather interior and a sunroof. i tried finding a civic with the leather and sunroof and it was pretty difficult because a lot of the models come with cloth interior. it'd make a great first car because it is a small car and easy to maneuver. the only downside is the rsx does have a considerable blind spot, you do get used to it though and the mirrors help a lot. the rsx is very low to the ground so i always drive very slow up inclines and down inclines otherwise you'll scrape the front bumper up. hope this helps with your decision.
