i have a b18c1 with just low comp pistons and performance main bearings.

How much do you think i should spend on building the head?

my buddy says it would be good enough with just a stage 1 head but i have no idea. right now im pushing around 315whp @ 14psi but dd @ 9psi.

I just need to know what would be a good start and the price estimate. Thanks!

I would recomend building it to a vtec head if you have an ls integra. The website I gave you tells you everything that you will need for a reliable ls vtec. The link below will tell you everything you need to know.

He gives you a list of all the parts you will need you can look those up to see the cost.

stage one will be fine for 14 psi but you will have to up grade your valves and springs makes it stronger and you'd be able to rev a bit higher so your looking at a good 1000 bucks for a good head job and upgrades and if you want get a high flowing IM like a Skunk 2 or edelbrock
