My car has 101,000 miles

im not sure really about the rsx's because their timing chain, unlike the civic's and integras that have timing belts.

for the rsx i believe you should check the timing chain tensioner at around 100k miles or when ever you hear a rattling/grinding sound on startup.

I would wait uuntil 150K miles. Honda OEM parts are great quality and last long

Just listen for a rattling noise, if you hear it then you need to order and install a new tensioner. But Im at 135k miles on my 02 type-s and still haven't had any trouble with it.
