94-01 integra is 18.25" X 13.5"
90-93 integra is 13 7/8" X 12 7/8" These were just brackets I found on ebay that had measurments but I'm pretty sure that they woulnt fit. Now since you are doing the rails (I am asuming you are doing the oem ones) they might bolt in but they have to be so far apart to still slide. Hope this helps.  cgi.ebay.com
