Default My Acura TL 2006 HandsFreeLink won't boot?

The nav system seems to work perfect, the handsfreelink won't work. I there a replacement part for this?

take the car to the dealership....you will need to have it replaced. had this happen in my 04 TL..it just suddenly stopped working. would not pair w/ my phone.

it was determined that the hands free system, which also includes the navi system was dead.
