i also want to increase MPG, i want to be as efficient on fuel as possible

throw a b16a head on it.. long tube headers.. cold air intake.. should give you between 30-40hp and maybe a few extra mpgs

increase in power=more air+more fuel. While normal everyday driving with a good set of mods will help your fuel economy, when driving "spirited" your MPG will decrease.
