you got a transmission problem. if its auto, theres no way of help unless you change it out. if its a stick, you can adjust your cable to the tranny and hopefully it'll pop out and go into other gears. pretty simple, follow you clutch cable and there will be a knob that you can turn. what you want to do is pull the cable with your left arm and turn knob clockwise with your right hand. dont turn it all the way but just to the edge.
