shoot if you lived somewhere near sacramento ca i would buy you some coilovers and install them for $200. but yeah you would want the coilovers instead of springs so that you can lower it when you want to and higher it when you want to.

Honestly for such an old Integra LS, just find a decent aftermarket spring n drop it if your standard shocks still works fine. But then judging by how old it is, it probably is quite worn out. So unless you really like your car that much to spend money on it, don't bother getting coilovers. They run you a whole heap of money and if you're not looking for a improved performance ride, don't go Coilover because coilover will generally be much stiffer than your stock Shock & spring combo. If you want ride and comfort, go Shock + spring combo or just springs, decent one though, or if you just want looks, just some dodgey springs that does a massive drop. If you want performance and customizable height, get coilovers.
