First time it came on was when a brake ligh blew, I fixed that, the manual says it can come on if the brake fluid level is low, that fluid level os ok































The emergency or parking brake is next to the brakes pedal.

it is your emergency brake. i think if i remember correctly your emergency brake is in between the seats. so first pull it and then make sure it is fully released. sometimes it can be pulled just a little and trip the sensor. if that doesnt work then you may have a short in the wire that transmits telling you your brake is pulled. if its a floor petal type then pull the release handle under the dash. and make sure its all the way released.

It means your emergency brake is on. Sometimes if the brake is even slightly pulled the light will come on. Try pulling the e-brake all the way up and then releasing it and pushing it back down. This might take care of it. I wouldn't worry too much about it. Those things can be very sensitive.
