You should have a seriel number in your manual. If you give this code to a dealer who deals with your make of car they should be able to get a duplicate made. Or contact a locksmith - they will have to dismantle the lock if you don't have a key to match it to but it's not impossible just pricey.

dude you call a locksmith. you know, those guys that drives a little geo metro around that has a big sign "locksmith" on the side of the car. they can slim jim your window to open the door( if you have it locked) and then take out the key lock and then they take it to there car and make a key for you from there machine thats in there trunk. pretty koo thing cause i did this once but they charged me 70 bucks for it. well lesson to learn, next time make a few more copies of that key so you wouldn't spend a bunch.

The '93 Integra uses a plain key. The easiest way to get a key made is to get a locksmith to make a key that fits the passenger soor (which is much less worn than the driver lock). If you can take the lock cylinder out of the door yourself and take it to the locksmith it will save you money. I was quoted $30 about 10 years ago when I nearly had to do the same thing.
