I've been reading alot and i keep coming across a stage 3 exhaust with flowmaster or dynomax im not quite sure exactly what to do but im really looking for that purring clean sound not raspy.

Depends if you have a 4 cyl or 6 cyl. If you have a 4, then it's not even remotely possible. If you have a 6, then a cold air intake and cat-back exhaust should do it. It won't sound exactly the same, but it should sound close. Once you start going into headers and downpipe, etc., it'll get more raspy. Nissan's VQ35 is a very distinguishable sound.

Frank is stupid. theres nothing ricey about wanting your car to sound better. AND 350z and g35 are V6 engines! A GReddy cat back exhaust is fairly inexpensive and sounds clean and low like a 350. Save some money and buy it from gripmotorsports.com
