Default 87 acura integra please help?

i have an 87 acura integra and it idles very rough the idle goes up and down usuall from 1000 rpms to about 2300 but when i go to drive it feels like the car just wants to die i have herd a vacuum hose but any answers will be helpful

you should check your idle air control sensor/screw and also your throttle position sesor on your throttle body (back side)
