Default Help with 87 Acura Integra LS.?

When I start the car the idle goes to 4500 RPM and when I go to push the gas, the car dies. If I apply constant gas the car ill stay idling but the idle is rough. Someone told me that it was the vacuum hose, but before I start taring things apart, I would like some more suggestions.

Thanks.

Vacuum hose, or the fuel pressure regulator.
