Default Which headlights should I get, HIDs or Halo Projectors?

I have a 2000 Chevy Silverado. I want new headlights that look boss and are bright but not too bright to blind oncoming drivers.

HIDs will be the brightest. HIDs on stock headlights will glare and blind drivers if not aim lower. then when you aim it lower you lose visibility further out. With projectors it'll look nice, but then you'll have less light output than your stock headlight without HID. Unless you have your stock headlights retrofit with projectors and get HIDs for them (pricey).

Or you could get the projectors and get HIDs for them. that will be bright and less glare.
