Dollar for dollar, you get more for your money with the Acura. For around the same price, you are getting more horsepower and more standard features with the MDX Sport. The MDX Sport has a "comfort" button that makes the ride soft and air-like, and it also has the "sport" setting which stiffens the suspension. Body roll is minimal, one of the better ones that I've felt on a SUV. Choice is yours...I've always felt the ML350 (not ML63 AMG) is a soccer mom vehicle.
