It is behind the passenger kickpanel. The easiest way to get to it is just pop out the 3 push-clips that hold the carpet panel up there, and if you want to give yourself a little extra room to get it out and make it easier on yourself, take out teh glove box. it's very easy, two screws on the bottom or it and push in the two stoppers.
