Honda Civic 2004
My friend is in the market for used Honda Civic. He saw many, and finally liked the one posted below. He wants to talk to the owner of this model. Please let me know this is a good deal and what other precautions he must take before starting the deal. Is the price being asked fair, can it be negotiated? How about all the features being included? Are these enough or need more?
