I put in a set of Bosch +4's hoping that would solve the problem, but it is still there. It is more annoying than anything else, since my Honda's never did this. Anyone have any ideas as to what to check? The only engine mods are the K&N air filration system, Thanks again,

The car has no plug wires, coil or distributor since they were done away with in 2000. They only have coil packs on top of the plugs.

distributor cap, rotor, and plug wires.

could have a bent connecting rod - have a compression test done, you can buy a compression tester at a parts store and check it yourself.
