and how much horsepower should i have for a stage 3

yeah...but make sure you have enough hp to utilize the clutch...it would just be a waste if you were just bone stock...

"Stages" mean nothing list a specific clutch and find what the clamping force is. If you haven't done anything to your car which this post leads me to believe than just go with a OE replacement or very light sprung clutch.
