Is it possible to convert a 2006 Acura MDX Touring with the high output halogens to HID or Xenon headlights?How much would it cost if possible?

This is feasible. If you want it done right, you should get them custom retrofitted to your car. There are many different places online that specialize in that, but it's the more pricey option. You could always just buy this as a temporary option http://shop.ebay.com/items/?_nkw=hid...&_ipg=&_sop=12
