same thing as a gsr head with type r internals...but you get higer compression and a better port flow with the b16 head with the type r internals...

you gotta run oil lines from you block or oil pan to the solenoid, too much drilling of the black man just buy a regular vtec block save your money. check out those honda tech sites for that, they explain everything, shit that can happen if you do things wrong
