Should i buy the acura tl it has about 69k miles and the guy always serviced at acura dealership and i got the price to $6,500 good condition not type s should i go for it

Yes, but save $650 for a timing belt replacement at 100k miles.Enjoy!

It sounds like a good idea. Go for it but have your mechanic check it out before you hand them the $$

They are generally good cars but please beware that the 1999-2003 TLs have a known transmission issue. Honda/Acura have a TSB (technical service bulletin)out on it and have extended the warranty on it to 7 years/105,000 miles. Don't buy it if the transmission hasn't been replaced or if the transmission was replaced prior to 3/2005. Early replacements were the same troublesome transmissions. However, if it was replaced after 3/2005, it has the improved tranny and those have proven to be trouble-free. By the way, do a search on it. It's called the Honda H5 transmission. The 1999 had the H4. The difference is that one is a 4 speed automatic (the H4); while the other is a 5 speed automatic (the H5). Other than that, you really will be hard pressed to find a better car in it's class.
