Default I'm not sure, I really do want an Integra though.?

So i'm looking for used cars. I really want an Acura Inegra. I was debating upon a 1994 Integra RS which has 145000 miles or 1997 Integra GSR 94,879 miles on it. I don't know which to get, both sedans. Well i'm a male, about to turn 16, wanting an integra was my first car. But with a 16 year old male, insurance will sure enough be outrageous. And I heard Acura Integras are like number 8 in the most stolen cars, so i'm not sure if this will raise my insurance up even higher. What can i do so that my car doesn't get stolen and should i get it? will the rate of stolen integras affect my insurance rates? please help X_X

I beg you to consider an American Car... really.I realize that you're young and that you don't understand the economy as well as an older person would, so please check out this site:http://www.jobspercar.com Click on "Fact Kit" and it will explain comprehensively, why you should drive American. What you drive influences what other people drive. Your car is a moving advertizement for itself. If you want to have a job when you're older, please buy American. 1 in 10 jobs depends on the American Auto Industry. That's 3 MILLION people! It's not just line workers, either. 1 in 10 corporate scientists work for the American Car industry. Also, GM, Chrysler and Ford employ more Americans than all 16 foreign automakers combined!I think you should look around a bit more before deciding on what you want. Remember, foreign cars are no BETTER than American cars. I have a '97 GMC Jimmy that's been through hell. It's been in the woods, it's hauled trailers and its run a landscaping business and yet, it still runs perfectly. =DWhatever you get, MAINTAIN it! Change the oil every 3,000 - 4,000 miles and keep your fluids topped off and it will last you YEARS longer.Be nice to your car and your car will be nice to you.RESPONSE:"Okay first of all, the person above me sounds like a redneck. Driving an American car doesn't land you a job when you're older even if "1 in 10 jobs is American Auto industry". "I'm not a redneck, I'm born and raised in Chicago... and no, I didn't say it will land you a job. I mean that there will be more jobs OUT THERE and the more jobs that we have in our country, the more likely you are to get ONE of them. =D God, that guy's "logic" baffles me.

Okay first of all, the person above me sounds like a redneck. Driving an American car doesn't land you a job when you're older even if "1 in 10 jobs is American Auto industry". I bet you most of the people who work for Ford drive japanese cars. Anyway, get the 97 integra GSR. Its a no brainer really. Even if you didn't know the difference between the RS and GSR, get the car that's NEWER and LESS MILES. And yes integras are on the top list of stolen cars, but I doubt you'd get your car stolen as long as you dont leave it parked in a dark alley or something. And who cares what the insurance is, you're parents are paying for it because you're under 18.
