From going from reverse to D4, my 1995 integra will jolt then let u accelerate. why??

Could be a motor mount. Pop the hood and have someone put it in drive and back into park while holding the brake pedal of course. lol See if the motor jolts hard, if it does you need a mount. If you can't afford a mount just install some polyurethane bushing inserts.
