HELL NOfor an older integra thats not even a 96+10k for some rims, system, kit, ah front end and 1 extra lug is to muchyou could build the same car for 5k1200 for car400 for rims700 for kit300 for system1300 for 5 lug off a donor carand about 1100 in motor partsand you have your custom race worthy car.buy a 91 integra, its cheaper, lighter(saves gas)has the same motor, so you can use one from a newer integra for an easy new motor swap.and all the suspension is the same so you getting the same drive and feel of the new integra but with a lighter body and feel.and most 91 tegs can be had for 900+ with running motor.

Custom jobs never pay for themselves. That car, in stock condition, is worth maybe $2500. And really that's what you are buying - a car. The custom job is to the seller's taste. It's a bit like art - it's subjective - and the beauty is in the buyer's (your) eyes. You won't get your money back out of the car. Then again if you have money to burn and really like it I'd still try to talk the guy down to $7500. I can't imagine he's got a lot of demand for that car.

Actually for what is done to the car its worth it. A REAL JDM front end conversion by itself is $3,500+. The body seems flawless, the paint seems good, then it only has 30,000 miles which means it wasn't beat on and well kept. Now if you plan on driving it alot then this is not a car you should be looking at. The maintenance and cost of repairs if something happened would be astronomical.
