Default how do you turn off the warning beeping for seatbelts not being buckled in a 2004 acura TL?

every time i get into my car and i am driving with my seat belt off a beeping noise goes off and will not stop. Is there a way to turn that feature off?

Buckle your seat belt. That should fix it.

1. buckle IN the seatbelt2. THEN sit on TOP of the buckled-in (snaped-in) belt.3. Beeping should stop, and YOU are not buckled in. I don't know how to turn that feature off.

Buy some belt clips off ebay or junk yard.

You can't stop it. I have an 07 TL and it is a saftey feature. If you try to disable it, your engine will be disabled. Yeah yeah people it is the law to buckle your seat belt but come on now... I have to buckle seat belt, but my husband can ride his motorcycle with no helmet... yeah the laws sound real smart when put in that manner don't they.

My opinion is to wear your seat belt but to stop it from beeping remove the chip from the electrical box.
