i have a 1999 acura tl that has a shifting problem. when i push the pedal down pretty far and goes to 7000rpm it sounds like its about the shift but just keeps revving then the rpms go down to 5000rpm then after about four seconds it finally shifts and is really rough. it is really ruff when it shifts any other time too. it feels like it throws me forward. o...and also today i picked up one of my friends and it was a 10 minute drive when i got back to my house a whole bunch of antifreeze was leaking all over my driveway, i popped the hood and the antifreeze was overflowing out of the drain bottle. do i have too much antifreeze in my car im not sure why it did this. thanks

The antifreeze is a real bad sign,it means that you r getting pressure into your water jacket.most likly a head gasket,r crack in the head

It could be as simple as a sticky valve in your transmission. Go to any auto parts store and buy a can of transmission conditioner. It will free up any sticky parts. If that doesn't work, you've got to get a transmission rebuild.As for the antifreeze leaking out, it can be as simple as a blown radiator or heater hose. Have a mechanic do a pressure test on the cooling system.
