You will need to put in a DOHC VTEC engine like a B18C1 from a Integra GSR or a B18C5 out of a Integra Type-R to beat mustang gt's or just keep up depending on your shifting and theirs. If the Mustang GT has a lot of performance upgrades then you will have to go with turbo.

Go to a military surplus store and buy a Jato engine.
