Check over it carefully! It sounds too good to be true; so it probably is... Even so, if the motor is fine then buy the car just for that and sale the shell and drop the k20 in to a hatch or integra or del sol or something like that.By the way, just for reference, I paid 11k for my 02 type-s with 113k miles on it. So if there is nothing wrong with the car, jump on it before it gets gone!
