Default B20 vtec sir tranny

got a 99 integra with a b20 engine,sir tranny and a stage 2 clutch wanna built a frank but dunno if i should go sir head or type r head .Think about going with type r but dunno if its really gonna make a difference and would it be worth it let me know?
