will headers of a 91 integra fit my 95 integra ?? and also how much do headers help??? do they what are the dis advantages and advantages?? i also have a short ram intake and cat back exhaust

No it will not since they are both different lengths.An aftermarket header will help your cars performance since you already have a short ram intake and an exhaust. The reason why is because it will help the air flow coming out of your engine. You should notice a good 10hp gain.

ts best to get one that was made for the 94+ models.....the headers help for better air flow...and depending on which one you get, youll have better torque and a few hp in the low end or the mid to high end...since you got the option of 4-2-1 or 4-1 headers...i was running 4-1 dc headers on my ls swap....
