Default wheres the vin # located on the 1998 acura tl i need it so i can get the code for my radio its a...

...dumb question?

It is etched both into the window and the driver's side door has a plate wit the VIN number on it.Dr A

Bottom of the windshield on the drivers side. Drivers side door post , and of course , it`s on your ownership and insurance slip.The radio code could also be on a sticker in the trunk

Well in most cars it's located on the dash close to the windshield in the left corner or somtimes the right , you could also look on the driver door when it's opened somtimes it's their

The VIN# will be located in the driver's door panel on a sticker. Also if you stand next to the driver's side-view mirror the VIN# is on top of the dash near the windshield. Also on the registration, the title and the engine block Good Luck.

windshield, registration card, insurance card, drivers door jam...but most imports like Hondas need the seriel number in order to get the radio code, not the vin number. this can be found on the back of your radio or sometimes there is a way to display the seriel number on the radio. You can on Honda's but I dont know if it crosses over to Acuras. To get the seriel number on Hondas youturn the vehicle on batt powerradio offhold down presets 1 and 6, than hit power button
