Default 1997 integra motor swap

Im posting for a friend because his computer is broke at the momment. I dont know much about motor swaps on honda mostly nissans and some toyota's. He has a 97 acura integra with 150k. He wants to swap a motor with less miles and turbo charge it. What motor from what years has the durability and reliabilty to take it. Plus what converstion are needed engine mounts, ecu, wiring harness, etc. Thanks in advance
