Default 93 integra gs

i have a 93 integra gs. it has a few weight adjustments and the motor has been rebuilt. it has 9.2mm plug wires and a air intake. could anybody tell me some more ways to make my motor stronger without having to turbo it? im goin to turbo it but i dont have the money to do it rite now
