Default intermittent p1164 on my acura rsx?

Every once in a say once a month, my rsx will fire a CEL, P1164 Primary HO2S (No. 1) Circuit Range/Performance. But it will only stay on for about a day and go away. It was almost two months ago the last time it did this, until yesterday. The whole day I had the CEL. It turned off on the way home yesterday. So i know one of my 02 sensor is failing, but only for a couple hours at a time it seems. What does this mean? The car is stock.

It sounds like a loose connector or wire.

either what Rob E Lee said, or one of your 02 sensors is starting to go bad. Mine were replaced before i bought my car, but a friend of mine just replaced one and his car has right at 85k miles on it.
