Default Is 130000 mileage a lot for an acura?

I am planning on buying a 2002 acura tl type s.It has 130k miles just had the brakes rotor and oil changed as well for the timing belt when it had 100k miles. The exterior condition is excellentIs that a good deal for $6000

130,000 is a lot for any car, but an Acura would be a good one to handle that mileage. but for only 6000? i would go for it. i believe repair cots for Acuras are fairly low because they share parts with Honda's...
