You have the wrong car if you're trying to make it go fast. The suspension will need to be modified to handle the higher speed. I wouldn't trust the current suspension over 120 mph. It makes no sense to modify the engine, when the current engine can easily break 120. If the suspension isn't designed for this, then you need to fix this first.Instead of trying to make your family sedan into a stallion, why not start with something designed for this purpose. A G35 would be a better place to start, though I think the best choice is a German small sedan. A BMW 3 series feels rock solid at 140 and given a little more hp, should still feel good at 155. Same for the Audi A-4, MBZ C class, Jaguar S type and of course the Porsche's.I own an Infiniti M45, a BMW 540i, a Jaguar XJ-6, a Mercedes E and C class. The Infiniti has a ton of power, but feels horrible over 120. The BMW feels great all day at this speed and likes 133 (limited). The Jaguar cruises smoothly at 120 and likes 130 (can go higher, but I haven't pushed her yet). And the E and C class have been to the 130-135 range with no problem. These cars are designed for the Autobahn, where the Japanese cars are not. If speed is what you want, then choose the right car.
