Default is LS Vtec better or a GSR swap?

i am wondering to do a a GSR swap on my integra but dont know what to go with its either do an LS vtec swap of a full gsr swap what is better?

well since you already have an integra it already is a b18 but im guessing non vtec i think it would be better if you go with the gsr because the ls vtec is smaller. My suggestion to you is get a h22 vtec way more torque and nice when the vtec kicks in if your going to be racing if not stick with the gsr... still fast

Well a GSR is faster but a LS Vtec will have more torque than the gsr. Even without the vtec a regular LS motor has more torque. I believe a LS vtec would be more fun to drive. Everyone seem to have GSR.

If you already have the ls engine then get a b16 head and trans for the ls vtec swap. The gsr will be a little faster (very little) but consider what you will spend vs the ls-vtec conversion. Take the money you save and put a little more work under the hood and you'll whoop the gsr, add in a new intake manifold, fuel pump, fuel injectors, throttle body, have your ecu tuned, etc.
