Default Performance upgrades for a 2004 Acura TSX?

I'm looking to get more power and acceleration out of a 2004 Acura TSX 6-speed I-4, any suggestions? I don't want a big dumb sounding coffee can exhaust, so don't even bother suggesting that.

Start with the basics. Intake / Headers / Exhaust (just get a quiet muffler) and an ECU Reflash are good starts. Go on over to the TSX Club forums and see what they like to do.
