It seems that Flowmaster categorizes this as an exhaust system. It looks a little more complicated than a muffler with some extra piping, but I'm not sure that it does much. I tried to look at the install diagram, but the pdf didn't work, so here's my evaluation:The design of the exhaust looks flawed with so many bends which would inhibit power. You want as minimal bends as possible so that the exhaust gases can flow out easier with less resistance.I would check out the Team Integra (www.team-integra.net) or Honda Tech (www.honda-tech.com) forums for info on performance exhausts for your Integra. If you're looking for a performance benefit, I'd go with a catback exhaust. I personally like the Apexi N1 exhausts, but they're a little pricey. If you just want look and sound, you could probably get away with just the muffler upgrade for much cheaper. Beware though, sound is not always a good thing since it also attracts unwanted police attention.

to really fill a difference, you need a header and intake. A full Cat-Back Exhaust probably give you 2hp... not much to fill....
