You don't say mileage,or maintenance history.These are great cars & with some TLC,will go forever.Neglect them they can be,a pain in the arse. Sounds to me like a bit of neglect,probably unintentional spend some time & a few dollars be good as new. Think it probably needs new plug leads,not plugs.Could have a bit of clutch slippage,as well if its got high mileage.Replace air & fuel filters.For good measure,i would get all the hydraulic fluid changed,brakes & clutch $200 @ your Honda dealer.Finally check throttle cable for stretch,got heaps of adjustment on the front pivot for this. Enjoy your motoring.
