basically can i just rip out the front bumper and hood and get a typ-r body kit so i can put the horizontal lights becuase i despise the 4 bug eyed individual lights.my neighbor has the horizontal on his 98 and it looks insane but i havnt talkd to him in a while so iduno.help me out please thanx.XD

You need the front bumper, Fenders and hood(and of course headlights) to do the conversion...Some sites, www.erebuni.com/www.andysautosport.com...Sell full conversion kits for the JDM look, but they're not cheap! Most start at 1500.00...Or you can go to passwordjdm and they should be able to help you.

he forgot to add on that you need the radiator support also...in which you need to cut yours off and weld on the itr radiator support

john m is right,you do have to change the core support/ radiator support to do this swapi found a video on youtube to show the conversion

called the ITR front end conversion.ITR being the Integra Type R,the type R, has the long rectangle headlights, vs the bug eyes US version.but there is a HID and non-HID version (hid $2000 @ passwordjdm.com) non hid $1600 @passwordjdm.comhttp://passwordjdm.com/Used-C390.aspx
